Payment Types

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders and Checks. Please allow14 days for clearing when paying with Money Order or Check.

 

In Stock items

 

In stock items ship within 1- 2business days

 

Pre-Orders

 

Pre-orders placed with a credit card are not charged until the items arrive in stock.

 

Pre-orders placed with PayPal are charged immediately, so you'll see the transaction show up right away.

 

Pre-orders with declined or expired credit cards: Deadly Playthings will attempt to contact you by email for updated card information, if your card is not updated in a timely manner you may lose your pre-order reservation.

 

Sales Tax

 

We charge 6% sales tax for all orders shipping to Michigan

 

Shipping and Handling

 

Deadly Playthings ships using USPS. Charges are determined using real time shipping rates.

 

International Shipping and Handling

 

Deadly Playthings ships worldwide through USPS.

 

  •   USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow up to 9-14 business days for your in-stock items to arrive. This shipping method is NOT trackable.
  •   USPS Express Mail International. Please allow up to 6-10 business days for your in-stock items to arrive. This shipping method is trackable.

 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

 

Returns

 

We have a 30-day return policy. All merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.  Opened items, products where the factory seal has been broken, or products without the original packaging may not be accepted or credited. Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
